Xolisa has worked in large law firms in London, New York and Johannesburg. In New York he also worked for a Wall Street investment bank where he gained experience in sovereign, municipal and corporate debt issuances and restructurings matters.
He has experience in general corporate finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in banking and finance work.
He is also a member of the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice Initiatives.
